Abstract

The article discusses the concept of an individual educational trajectory (IET) as an innovative approach in training IT specialists. The features of the IET design and implementation in the context of modern educational technologies, the advantages of using this approach in professional training are described. Special attention is paid to the role of modular programs, digital platforms and mentoring systems. The key aspects that ensure the flexibility and variability of the educational process, as well as the challenges and prospects of introducing IET into educational practice, are considered.
