Abstract

The article examines the issues of designing uniform clothing for adolescents of the specialized lyceum “Arystan” from the perspective of ergonomics and functionality. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the integration of an interdisciplinary approach that combines anthropometric, ergonomic, and psychophysiological aspects. The research methodology is based on the analysis of biometric parameters of 208 respondents using contact anthropometry and analytical pattern construction of adaptive uniform clothing models. Scientific novelty is determined by the focus on the specific features of adolescent morphology and a comparative analysis of international standards for military uniform design. Innovative structural solutions are proposed, including the application of adaptive ergonomic elements and the optimization of size grading, aimed at improving performance characteristics while taking into account the dynamics of adolescent growth. The obtained results are significant for the specialized clothing industry and military educational institutions.
