This paper presents the results of anthropometric studies of the foot and lower leg of women from Central Asia (South Kazakhstan and Tashkent regions), conducted to refine the design parameters of women’s boots. The study employed a combined methodology involving 3D foot scanning using the INFOOT-2 system and direct contact measurements of circumferential and height parameters of the lower leg. The sample comprised 236 women aged 19–27 years. Based on the collected data, an anthropometric database of foot and lower-leg characteristics of young women from the studied regions was developed. Statistical analysis of the dimensional characteristics included the determination of mean values, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation. The results showed that the lower-leg parameters of women from the studied region differ from the values used in conventional footwear design methods, particularly in terms of smaller circumferential dimensions. Based on the identified patterns, refined parameters of the conditional lower-leg development were developed for three width groups and applied to the design of the basic construction of women’s boots. The results can be used in computer-aided footwear design systems and in implementing mass customization principles in the footwear industry.
